Toucan NFTs for proto-governance community votes
Holders of Shell's Government Toucan NFT are eligible to vote on various community polls on Snapshotarrow-up-right. It is one of the largest and most active Arbitrum communities on Snapshot.
The Toucan is Shell's "proto-governance" NFT. In the past, these polls have dictated such things as which accounts Shell's Twitter should followarrow-up-right, to whether Shell Points should be a factor in a future $SHELL launch distributionarrow-up-right.
Shell Protocol's governance may evolve as a "toucameral" system, incorporating both the Toucan community and holders of the SHELL token.
