• Sep 22: First Proteus white paper released.

2022

• Feb 9: Ocean white paper released.

• Apr 1: Government Toucans event, a 24-hour free NFT mint for the community.

• Jun 3: Testnet release on Arbitrum Rinkeby.

• Aug 16: Shell Points announcement and testnet launch.

• Aug 19: Art of Shell auction begins, marking the final updates to testnet deployment.

• Sep 9: Date of the Shell v1 snapshot.

• Sep 12: Guarded launch begins on Arbitrum One mainnet! Ocean contracts are deployed.

• Sep 27: Trail of Bits Audit report finalized.

• Nov 3: First Proteus AMM contract is deployed. Maiden pool is DAI+USDC.

• Nov 9: Toucan vote determines that Shell Points will be considered for future SHELL airdrop.

• Nov 14: Quota Expander Event begins, aka Bro Kwon’s Booty. Also, the DAI+USDC pool passes $1m TVL.

• Nov 22: USDT+USDC pool is deployed.

• Dec 6: Shellscan, the Shell-native block explorer, is released.

• Dec 13: USD Stablepool deployed, the first fractal pool.

2023

• Jan 11: ETH+USD and wBTC+USD fractal pools are deployed.

• Jan 23: First Shell community challenge, the Lunar New Year Crafting event.

• Feb 10: Mobile support for Shell app goes live.

• Feb 24: wstETH+ETH pool is deployed.

• Mar 17: Second Shell community challenge, the St. Patrick's Day Crafting event.

• Mar 22: ShellDrop DAO is launched.

• Mar 27: Toucan wraps go live. Discord role for Toucan holders is frozen, as determined by Snapshot vote.

• Mar 31: ARB+ETH pool is deployed.

• Apr 1: Part 1 of Shell Tokenomics is announced.

• Apr 7: The Mindmeld Live community call, formerly only on Discord audio, has its first video episode.

• Apr 15: First NFT AMM is deployed, for Government Toucan NFTs.

• May 5: Part 2 of Shell Tokenomics is announced.

• May 16: COLLAB airdrop claims go live in the Shell app.

• May 22: Conclusion of guarded launch: CRAB claims go live and Season Two begins.

• Sep 28: Part 3 of Shell Tokenomics is announced.

• Oct 12: The first Evolving Proteus pool goes live with LBP (liquidity bootstrapping pool) for COLLAB.

• Oct 19: Season Three begins.

• Nov 3: CRAB vote decides on a 0% unlock for the SHELL token launch.

• Dec 11: First LBP for NFTs goes live for Countdown Crates, during The Final Countdown event.

2024

• Jan 22: Launch of SHELL token and DAO, launch of Shell v3, SHELL+ETH pool goes live, Curve 2pool integration goes live.

• Q1: Integrations with Curve, Balancer, Uniswap, and Aave.

• May 2: Cross chain DeFi zaps go live. Deposit directly into Arbitrum DeFi protocols from Ethereum mainnet, Base, or Optimism.

• Q2: Integrations with Pendle, Beefy, and more.

• Q2-3: Borrowing from Shell app. Full support for cross chain DeFi-to-DeFi transactions.

• Q4: Intents system (MEV harnessing)
